Park Pools

We had a great experience with Park Pools on our pool and landscaping project in Grande Prairie. The team was easy to work with, kept us updated the whole way through, and got everything done on time, weather permitting. The crews on site were personable, hard working and professional. Liat was exceptional, from the moment of meeting to the completion of the project! Diana was a great communicator and quickly answered any questions or concerns. The design looks amazing, the quality of the work is top notch, and they really paid attention to the details. We’re so happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to do a pool and landscaping project.

Park pools installed or pool and landscaping in July 2022. They were good to deal with prior to starting the project and explained all of our questions. During construction we did run into some hiccups that were quickly resolved. We have been enjoying our pool and low maintenance, synthetic turf backyard for a couple of years now and could not be happier with the final result.

I'm writing to share my positive experience with Park Pools, who installed our families beautiful pool. They were safe and professional and did a beautiful job designing and executing the installation. The project was completed a year ago, and since then, they have also fulfilled some warranty work in a reasonable timeframe and have been performing monthly pool cleaning and maintenance. Overall, we're really glad we paid a little more to hire Park Pools. As the saying goes, "You get what you pay for."

Highly recommend Eli and the family at Park pools. After years of debating getting a pool we finally took the plunge. We met with multiple companies, discussed options, styles and pricing. Initially we were looking at having everything done by the pool companies, after reviewing pricing and details we started to explore doing the installation ourselves. At this point it became very clear we wanted to do business with Park Pools, Eli was so helpful and had no problem being transparent about the costs for specific products and services. Park pools was willing to provide whatever products and installation services we chose. Beyond that Eli took so much time to share his expertise and educate us on the installation process, he offered to provide us with one of his pool foreman to help us with the installation. As the project started Park Pools was with us every step of the way and always came through with whatever we needed. We had pool set in 2 days, and all installation and set up took a total of 10 days. This transparency and helpfulness is why we went with Park Pools, the entire team there is wonderful and all went above and beyond.
