Tony was outstanding in making himself available almost immediately when our hot tub broke down. He was open, transparent, and extremely flexible in completing a fairly major repair and getting us back up and running. I would strongly recommend for anyone in need of service or repairs!

We've owned a hot tub, both used, since 2021, and we've only purchased products from Koko Beach. When we needed servicing done, they've sent qualified, efficient, and excellent staff to fix the issues we've had. I would recommend them every time!
