Sophia Williams on Carolina Aquatech Pools

The customer service I experienced was the worst I’ve ever experienced. They did not want to help me at all. They rushed me as my husband was telling me a question to ask them. He tossed the strip on the counter as if I was a bother to be asking. I’m a first time pool owner & where I was recommended was completely horrible. They do not want to help.

Great services! I tried to fix my pool water issues on my own and should have known better. Free chlorine was high but total chlorine was 0. I had a chlorine lock I couldn't get to break even after 12 lbs of Clorox shock! One test and a handful of chemicals within an hour of running the water went from green to blue and the PH and alkalinity balanced, chlorine balanced and stabilizer came up! Never again will I use the cheap stuff, it cost me more than double trying to do it myself.

Exceptional Customer Service. David and his team helped me to understand how my pool system worked, even though they didn't install it. They are experts in the field. They don't try to sell you anything you don't need. I always trust what they say and follow their recommendations. There is no need to go anywhere else for troubleshooting, maintenance or supplies. Carolina Aquatech Pools has everything you will ever need!

Everything in here is expensive, you can easily get the same things for cheaper on Amazon. Although their Salt bags are worth paying double...the Salt is a lot finer which is better for your pool. If you use the cheap bags from Walmart, they're the big pieces of Salt. I do love coming here for my needs though. The Staff is super friendly (although one guy seems really judgy), and are really helpful, they'll carry everything to your car for you. They do go above and beyond for their customers. If your pool isn't right and you don't know what to do, you can bring a sample of the water to them and they will test it and get you what you need. They'll even give you the bottle to put the water in (has to be a sterile container). They are very knowledgeable.

Wayne Carpenter on Carolina Aquatech Pools

I needed a specialty part for my pool filter really fast and they had it in stock. I called David and within minutes he contacted me to confirm he had the part I needed. That's what I call great customer service. All the other pool shops were going to take up to 3-4 days to get the parts to me. I hate to see what my pool would look like when it's 90 degrees with no pump for 4 days...thanks David !!
