Called 3 weeks ago to get a repair guy out to work on our Jacuzzi. Day of the service comes, no call no show. We call and they say we had to reschedule for the following Friday. Friday comes and guess what... no call no show again. My husband and I both took 2 days off work to be blown off. Not impressed with their blatant lack of communication nor follow through on services.
Not being able to purchase from your store without giving my address or drivers license number seems odd.. But I won't be back for that matter.
Very knowledgeable staff. Full on site testing of your water sample from your pool or spa. They don't try and sell you a bunch of chemicals you don't need and they explain to you how to measure and mix what you do need. I've been using Parnell for 10 years now and they've never led me astray.When I had to have the liner replaced recently, I contacted Micky and he arranged to have it done quickly. The team showed up on time and removed the old liner and installed the new one within a day. It took a little longer due to our needing a new filter intake skimmer as well, as over the years, ours had developed a crack (the pool is 14 years old).They did an excellent job and we couldn't be happier with the results. See pictures for reference, the before and after is striking due to the fading of the old liner.Really great work and super friendly people all the way around.
I had a terrible experience with this company. The staff informed me that their maintenance personnel would be taking care of my pool first that day. I waited a few hours after the scheduled time even cancelling a VA medical appointment and then called them. I was told a job from the previous day was running over but they forgot to call me. Then I was told my pool would have to wait until the next day at noon, I waited the next day but yet again no one showed up and no call. I was scheduled to drive to Georgia to see our son and had to postpone our trip. I visited their office and when asked “how are you doing today”, I replied that I was not happy I can tell you that, I asked for a refund. They have lost me as a client, never again will I visit Parnell Pools, as you can see I maintain my pool well myself. I would not recommend this company to anyone, just drive by and visit another pool company. You figure the way the economy is doing that they would welcome all customers with their best service, poor is not a low enough rating.
