An excellent team to work with. We looked at other pool companies in the area and received estimates. We decided to go with AB Pools because it was a great price and the entire installation process was explained. During the build any questions we had were addressed immediately. We were very pleased from start to finish. Any families thinking of a pool should highly consider AB Pools.
I had my above-ground pool liner replaced, and they were outstanding from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process.Denis came out the same day I called to provide a quote, which I really appreciated. They had the liner ordered and installed within two weeks, and the final result looks fantastic. The crew that did the work was also great. They were friendly and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left.I highly recommend them and absolutely will be using them again for any future pool needs!
AB pools did a wonderful job. We can’t say enough. As a new pool newer, Denis and his team have been there to answer any questions through out the entire process. (I ask entirely too many questions and still need to call because I can’t remember). His team has come out numerous times to help with opening the pool, water level, understand the pumps, backwash etc and they are a pleasure to talk to and very knowledgeable. They are amazing…
AB Pools did a great job building our in-ground vinyl-liner pool. We were pleased that they were able to start work a month before they originally said they could begin, which made it possible to have the pool ready to use for the entire swim season this year. Denis Ferrera is the owner of the company and gives personal attention to the customer's desires for how the pool should look. He stays in constant contact throughout the construction and finishing process and is very attentive to any issues that arise. To the contrary of one or two negative reviews we have seen, Denis is very honest and transparent and always willing to go the extra mile to address the customer's concerns whenever they may arise. Denis took care of any of the inevitable damages that occurred during the construction, such as underground sprinkler system pipes that broke from the weight of the cement transporter as the pool was being built. He also personally made sure that the area around the pool was properly graded or leveled to ensure good drainage and the final landscaping we had done when the pool was finished. Overall, we were very pleased with the end result of AB Pools' work and look forward to continuing with them to maintain our new pool.
What a wonderful experience! Denis did an amazing job keeping up with all the requests I made! I attached a couple of photos to prove how amazing my new pool is. I got a 16x34 and a very light blue liner. I also included a colored light, deck Jets, salt system and electric heater. Will recommend to anyone who wants a pool. I’ve thrown so many pool parties and all my friends are getting their pools done by them.
