I have never owned a Hot Tub before and I did quite a bit of research. I prioritized spa type therapy jets because my Wife and I are fitness enthusiasts. Having never owned one, I was happy that there was a vendor close to where we live to ask questions and get a general feel of the options.
Most of our encounters at Luxury Pool and Spa were with Logan. I was pleasantly surprised with both, his knowledge and his approach. His recommendations and advice were always aimed at our needs, not to push any specific model. He actively listened to what we wanted as our choices evolved and I never felt pressured in any direction. The selection and sale went smoothly.
The delivery and set up had some issues. But why 5 stars you ask? Well Logan's team offered the service of their electrician, and we used ours. Our electrician made a few mistakes that resulted in the heater not working. Logan's Team dispatched their electrician and he showed us the error and offered help to our electrician and it was working the following day.
Luxury Pool and Spa is only a few miles from the house, they have been giving us great pool water analysis for years as well. I highly recommend them for Spa and Pool needs.

We bought a pool heater last year from Logan and he amazing to work with! He helped guide us to what we needed and what would work best for our pool. We’ve been buying our chemicals and having our water tested there for years and our pool is crystal from the time we open it to the time we close it. Logan and his staff hit it out of the park when it comes to customer service. I would recommend Luxury Pool & Spa to everyone and have sent many people their way who have also been as happy as I have.
