Wish I could give a 0 for home service staffContacted the company for just a lateral change ( scheduled for 6/8). Nick and another crew member show up. After about 30 minutes, they ring my doorbell to tell me they have melted my center pipe and that they snapped off my multiport valve and the manager would be in touch. -mind you I have no idea how they snapped my multiport because the valve was already off when they came.Right before closing I call to speak to the manger since I never got a call. The manager says it happens all the time in his 40 years experience. I responded with that’s funny because Nick said when he rang my Google doorbell he had never seen that happen. The manager ( Ronnie- who I later find out is also the owner) tries to sell me a complete new sand system and I decline. He then says he will apply the military discount of $5 ( which by the way isn’t the discount I know because $5 is not the percentage of $1029 we get in store being navy) - they have refused to replace the parts they broke! I call and ask for the owner and am told by Vanessa oh well that was the owner sorry. Not a single offer to replace the parts they broke costing me quite a bit out of my pocket to purchase at an honest company. All this to say, I am really debating on next steps for reconciliation. One thing I know for sure is I will be searching local and better service and INTEGRITY- I have photos of what they broke ( melted together and the tech ticket as well as how I already had the valve off so why was it placed on prior to a lateral change. also how did the center pipe break, but y’all never removed the sand yet a single center piece was in the filter when I did the work myself today!!)I am going to have to check my ADT and see if it picked up this recordedwork in my backyard if I need to go additional routes!
Ron went beyond to provide the best customer service, once he received the message. He called to explain the process of repairing or replacing the motor and pump.We went with the replacement. The next day came back out to our house, after not getting in touch with me by phone.I truly appreciate his customer service knowing he has been extremely busy.
Not happy with the opening of our pool. They claimed that they cleaned the pool cover as well as the pool. Well, I saw them fold and put the pool cover away straight out of the pool. I saw one of them "cleaning" the pool floor. Well, he did the worst job. Basically he missed soo much of the pool floor it was embarrassing. We now have to go out and finish their job that we paid them to do. We will not be trusting them to open our pool again. Here are the photos my husband took after they left. Its filthy!
I had a disappointing experience with this company for my pool closing and reopening. In the fall of 2024 they sent a junior technician to close the pool, he drained the water far below the recommended 4-6 inches under the skimmer. This improper draining let to complications in the reopening later. In the spring, I was incorrectly informed of a leak and quoted over $2,000 to replace the pool light and repair the niche. However, a technician from another company later performed leak tests, confirmed no leak existed, and simply refilled the pool—resolving the issue without the costly repairs. Additionally, I was overcharged for a pool cover I purchased through them. Overall, the pricing felt excessive for the quality of work, and I won't be using them again. I recommend seeking a second opinion for any major quotes.
This place is no joke! If you are going to renovate your pool, these are your people! Gayle and her crew were timely, detail-oriented, and took pride in their work! Couldn’t be happier with the results! We’ve protected the longevity of our pool, and it looks brand new :)
