Turners Pool repaired my pool when I had major challenges getting others to tackle such a difficult and hard job. The crews were very hard working and professional. Their lead concrete pro was excellent - I still have visitors and other skilled labor ask me who did the concrete work due to its excellent fit with the original concrete and its lasting beauty. I will use Turners again and again to help keep my pool usable for my grandkids for years to come…
Came through in the clutch! I foolishly put this 2 step cleaner in my pool and it left this nasty residue at the bottom that I couldn't remove. They showed up and had it all gone in less than a hour! All at a reasonable price.
Julie and Carl Turner have been amazing from day 1! Let me just say, when a pool goes in (unless you need no ground work), there is going to be some work to be done when they are gone! Expect it, it's normal. With that said, they did an amazing job of building our pool and the installation from start to finish was accomplished professionally. His team worked hard and through storms and the heat. When reading a review, remember, the weather can not be controlled, they do their very best and that's all one can ask for.As for communication with the company, Julie or someone from the team will call you back. I have always felt that they have our best interest at heart.
I first reached out to Turner’s Pools and Spas approximately 3 weeks ago. I was having a major issue with my old pool liner and needed to get it fixed as soon as possible. I had tried several other companies that didn’t seem to want my business or were too busy. I initially spoke to Sierra Turner who was so nice and polite and then I dealt with Julie Turner from there. She got my new pool liner ordered and installed within 2 1/2 weeks and has been very nice to deal with. The service technician Glen was very knowledgeable and worked really hard to ensure my liner was installed correctly. I am now able to enjoy my pool again for the last few weeks of the season and the liner is beautiful! I recommend Turners pools and will now be a loyal customer going forward. Thank you Julie!
Julie and her team are exceptional. After deciding to open our pool early and install a new heater this year, Julie and her team have been very responsive to my every need. Owning an older Pool there were issues upon initial opening but Turner’s was there and responded to every issue quickly. Thanks to their expertise with my issues I am now looking forward to a long season with our above ground pool. Thanks so much to Turner’s!
