I have American Home Shield and have been assigned Turner’s Pool Company for service, as there are no other technicians available in my area. After two visits, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided. The technicians have been unprofessional, dismissive, and unwilling to properly diagnose or resolve the issue with my pool filter.At this point, the problem remains unresolved, and I have little confidence in their ability or willingness to fix it.

Just had our hot tub installed last week! Wow, what an incredible experience with Turner's Pool and Spa! From the initial consultation to the final installation, their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail blew our family away. Our new jacuzzi is absolutely stunning and has transformed my backyard into a tropical oasis ??. The installation team was courteous, hardworking, and ensured minimal disruption to my family's routine. I can't recommend Turner's enough! 5 stars isn't enough. Truly. My mom will be having her jacuzzi installed this summer. We can't wait !
After ordering a hot tub from Turners I can say the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. We found the overall ordering and delivery process much faster and easier than others in town. Working with them after purchasing to test water, get supplies, and maintenance is also a great experience. If they don’t answer the phone just call back, it’s a small company and aren’t rude to those in the store to stop a conversation and answer the phone.
We love?? the pool TurnerPools built for our family! Karl was so knowledgeable and helpful in designing a pool that would work with our special needs kids and our budget!The staff is amazing! We try and choose familyowned businesses whenever possible as they are more invested in the community. I know we made a great choice! I would HIGHLY recommend Turner pools!
