Jeff and his crew came to my rescue as my husband was taken ill and I couldn't deal with the pool. And to be clear - the household resident most often using the pool was our wonder Lab Parker. Jeff & Josie and the Team at Guelph Pool Guy are simply amazing. Service is amazing, communication is fantastic and quality of work is top notch. I use them to clean and service my pool, but i ran into an issue with the original installation from another company and Jeff jumped in to help (no pun intended). The other company just blew me off after my new pool installation. I asked Jeff if he knew anyone that could help, and he immediately organized a team and got my issue resolved. I have been fighting my issues with the other pool company for over a year, Jeff found the issue and had it fixed in a couple short weeks. These guys are the real deal, old school amazing customer service. If you need a pool company, do not look any further, this is it.
