It’s been five days, and I’m still waiting for a response about the part I need. They made it sound so complicated to find the correct part that they couldn't do it the same day, but when I looked it up online, there was only one option—and it took me less than a minute to find it.I ended up ordering the part from another source two days ago, and I still haven’t heard anything from them. There were four people in the store plus a technician, so the lack of communication is frustrating.If you just need supplies, they might be okay. But if you want them to actually get things done, I’d recommend going elsewhere. Honestly, they seem way too lazy for me.
Westmount Pool and Spas has been a pleasure to deal with. We have been using them to help us keep our pool maintained and they have been so easy to work with. We just had our liner replaced by Shawn and his team and he was so efficient and very knowledgeable and helpful. Our new liner looks beautiful and was a much easier, and faster, process than I thought it would be. The in store team is always lovely and very informative and helpful. I highly recommend Westmount for all your pool and spa needs!! Definitely 5-star service!
