Service was provided and the problem fixed within 24 hrs of my call. My pump/plumbing has had air leaks for years so suction was not great. Recently it got so bad that the pump lost prime altogether and might have fried the motor had I not caught it in time.Justin diagnosed the problem and replaced a failed seal. Also replaced other aging seals and some PVC. Under 2 hours. I wish I had consulted the experts years ago. Pump is running like new
