This is my 2nd custom pool with Burleson and I was and am completely satisfied with both. They are honest from the start and delivered a quality product that they stand behind 100%. I actually considered going with someone else (new pool co in Huntsville) but after asking around and actually visiting with 2 people who went there and priced their pools, I went back to the best. Burleson is NOT the cheapest but they are the best and above all, they are honest. They take pride in their product and stand behind it. The 2 people that tried the other new company, were quoted $75k each for their in-ground, Gunite, pools. Then after putting down a deposit, they were both raised up to the $125k area. How can you trust anyone with your $125k investment when they will lie to you right from the start. Skip the hassle and go with the best. You will not be disappointed.
We have spent the last 2.5 year building a custom home and I have to say, of all the people we worked with during the process, Burleson was at the top. From start to finish, they were thorough, on time, patient with changing timelines, and attentive throughout the entire process. Melissa was fantastic to work with from start to finish. She was always a text away and quick to get back to me with anything she didn’t know the answer to. There was one small hiccup in our process and Burleson handled it flawlessly. It’s rare to come across people (especially in the construction process) that truly care about getting it perfect. Not to mention our backyard is the oasis of our dreams!! Worth every penny.
After researching gunite pools we chose to reach out to Burleson to construct our pools. They were incredibly responsive from the beginning and worked with us to make our vision a reality. Melissa has made herself available from the very start and still quickly and helpfully responds to any questions we have. Every person we came in contact with throughout the process of building our pool was friendly and professional. Burelson isan honest company that stops at nothing to make sure every detail is perfect. We love our pool so much and could not be happier with the whole process and end result.
From start to finish, Burleson did a fantastic job! As you can see, the plan was executed perfectly. This was a very large project and Burleson handled it well. The price did not change from start to finish. Thanks for the pool, we have enjoyed it all summer.

Beth was able to capture my vision for the pool and hot tub area, she is so talented and stayed on top of every aspect of the building process. The Burleson team was top notch during the building process as well. I have recommended Burleson multiple times to neighbors and will continue to. They also maintain our pool weekly and just like the build, the maintenance is top notch.
