Big shoutout to Jeff and his team! After Premier Pools left us with unsatisfactory and unsafe workmanship and cost us thousands of dollars, Valley stepped in and completely turned things around. Jeff and his crew had their work cut out for them. They had to correct numerous issues, from improper insulation to foundation-related problems, and redo work that should have been done correctly the first time. What started as a nightmare became a positive experience the moment Jeff came out to assess the situation. He was honest, knowledgeable, and committed to making things right. The quality of work and attention to detail from his team were outstanding. If you’re considering your options, don’t be fooled by the other guys. Valley earned my trust and delivered results when others failed. I highly recommend Jeff and his team.

Katie at Valley Pools and Spas in North Versailles was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process. From the moment we walked in, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping us find the right pool and accessories for our needs. She took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything clearly, and made what could have been an overwhelming purchase feel easy and stress-free. Her professionalism, patience, and customer service were second to none. It’s rare to find someone who truly goes above and beyond for their customers, especially with the kids by our side, but Katie did exactly that. We regret having Vally pools do this work. We tried to get the to fix it but no success. The concrete falls off all the time. There are cracks all around. Only 3 years old. Starting cracks immediately. We called him back out but Ronnie the owner said he was pleased with this work. I’m sure he said that because he didn’t want to make it right. Took the money and ran. Buyer beware.

We had our liner and sand filter replaced by Valley Pools and could not be happier with the process and results. It took a couple of weeks to get the liner in but once that arrived the installation was scheduled and completed quickly and professionally. The installers did a fantastic job. I think the pool looks better than it did when it was new! Thanks Bob and everyone who works at valley pool for a great job!!!!
