I've been dealing with Desert Pools for the nearly 15 years I've had my pool. They have been great in every aspect. They have been with me through 2 pool liners, a new pool heater, and countless chemicals.They do great work, and they never sell you on goofy miracle chemicals. This can be a common practice of some pool companies. When I have ever had water issues, I take my sample in and they sort it out right away.Good down to earth locals running a great business, I can't recommend them enough.
I can't say enough about these guys! First starting with Bridgette in the office who is quite funny to chat with and really knows her stuff! We had a new liner put in and they were bang on, Stuck with the quote, showed up when they said they would, got that liner installed in a few hours, which looks absolutely amazing! Very, very happy with their professional work.They will definitely be our go to pool guy's?? and they have really cool socks????
I purchased my new hot tub this week and had a great experience. The lady who sold us the spa was helpful through the whole experience. Delivery was quick and professional. There was an issue with our plug that was fixed on the same day and we even got a refund for an item we purchased that ended up not being needed. Great customer service.
Amazing people that care for the people around them!!! My hot tub broke down and sold me a new pump. The amazing service didn’t end there. When I got home and installed the new pump the seals going to the pump wouldn’t seal. I called back ASAP and Bridget The lady up front, answered and I said I needed the seals but I couldn’t get down there that day. She answered we aren’t open till Thursday but why don’t I take your number and I’ll text you Christmas Eve and meet you down there so you can get the tub up and running!!!! Amazing service good on you and Merry Christmas
