Cody Pools was wonderful to work with. The sales process was smooth and informative; Alex came out and reviewed our wants and needs and then came up with a personalized design within days. He even included our dog lying on the porch in the design. We received multiple designs initially, and then he revised it several times with different add-ons and subtractions we had after reviewing it.The install was a great experience as well. The timeline we were given was spot on (lower end) and the superintendent, Reed, communicated with us daily, letting us know what was in store that day and then the next day as well. He would also answer any questions we had throughout the process, day or night. The expectation was clear from the beginning, and Cody Pools delivered a fantastic product. Even when we voiced a concern at the very end regarding some lawn drainage, they came back and installed it without question and without a cost impact.We would recommend Cody Pools to anyone, any day of the week. And just remember, you get what you pay for in this world ??

After deciding to get a pool and after a lot of research, we decided to go with Cody Pools in Katy. Alex was our designer and he really listened to our vision and designed a pool that not only fit our weird backyard but was beautiful and unique. Once we moved on to the construction process, our project manager Reed was amazing. He kept us up to date on the schedule, would stop by to check the crew's progress and always answered our questions. After start-up, we had Pool School with Orlando and he was very thorough and professional.We absolutely love our pool and we are so thankful to both Alex and Reed and all of the crews that worked on our pool. We highly recommend Cody Pools!!
We had a wonderful experience with Cody Pools from start to finish! Our pool supervisor, Reed Goetz, and our pool designer, Alex Robbins, were truly outstanding. Together, they designed and built an amazing pool for us. The entire process was just about seamless! I want to emphasize how extremely patient both of these men are! With Alex, we sat on our project for over a year. He nudged us here and there, but very subtle and nothing to brash until we felt we were ready. Reed- when we had all the questions and all the concerns he was always there. Things were remedied when asked from him. And his crews? top notch! Always on time, very respectful, and such hard workers! Communication was excellent, expectations were always clear, and every step of the project was smooth and *almost stress-free- lol.We are so happy with how everything turned out and thrilled with the final result. Our backyard has been completely transformed, and we couldn’t be more grateful to Reed and Alex for their expertise, dedication, and attention to detail. Our backyard is our new favorite place to be!
