Amazing help! Dave really took his time to explain the whole process and explain it in a way that’s comprehensible for a person that has little experience with pools. Very trusting and I will go to him first with any of my pool requests in the future. And I would recommend my friends and family to use his services as well!

I used Dave's service for my pool for over two years. Things were ok at first but went south for extended time during the last six months of my service with him. It started out by him cutting off on service report without any notice or consent. When being asked about it, he just explained that he was too busy and claimed that customer does not need that service report?!? Who does not want to know what going on with their pool and when it got serviced? Per my observation, he got busier and started to slack off/cut off on services for the pool. Even though he claimed that he still performed service frequently as normal, I noticed the pool in bad condition many times and I had to clean it myself. After some incidents (getting irritated after using pool, stepping on dirt/small rock in the pool, etc.), I decided to change to a different pool service. When being asked to provide proof of service for my pool, he can only provide the monthly invoice and his claim that the pool was clean. The whole service and communication became too shady and bad, which triggered me to review things and make changes. Be aware when using Dave's pool service, do not trust what he tells you on the phone or in person. Make sure you request for proof/log of service, review the bill frequently and take necessary action. There are plenty of good and professional pool services around, do not afraid to make change as needed. UPDATED: changing from two stars to one star based on the owner's unprofessional response. Remember, I used him for over two years, not only a couple months. If I never pay the bill like he said, why would he continue to service my pool for over two years? If the pool was in good service, why would I need to go through the whole hassle to review and change service? I held the last two months payment due to concern and dispute about service provided in those months. I requested proof/log of service several times to review and confirm whether services were actually performed or not. He was not able to provide anything valid. He kept telling me that the monthly bill was the proof of service?!? After many back and forth, I still ended up paying those two months out of good-faith to close the account. Just wanted to share my experience for others to look out for shady activities like this. When a pool guy does not want to tell/show you what he did for your pool, it just opens room for shady activities, and excuses later. He may blame you and your pool next. We found David by chance and haven’t looked back. He’s a super nice guy and will give you insight if you ask the questions. Service is top notch and we haven’t had any green water days in over three years. He can do filter cleans and provides the parts at a reasonable cost. If you have a question, David will get back to you asap and he always communicates when he is running behind due to holidays and life. But he’s overwhelming punctual and FAST. Dude is a magician with that net. Give him a call.
