After calling a few companies around the Houston area I decided to go with U.S. Pool Builder. The initial conversation with Colt went really well.

Ross was our pool designer and out of the few companies that came to see the lawn he was the only one who took his time measuring everything, patio, windows, door, playground, etc. The attention to detail was impeccable and the design shows. He created a custom 3D design that maximized our space and looked even better in reality than it did on the screen.

Colt oversaw every phase of the build, stayed on top of the crews, and was always available to answer our technical questions. In an industry where "ghosting" is common, Colt’s transparency was a breath of fresh air.

Their attention to detail is evident in the finished work, and it’s clear they stand behind what they build. Any issues that came Colt took care of them.

If you want a team that actually delivers on their promises without the constant "scope creep" headaches, Ross and Colt at U.S. Pool Builder are the ones to call. Timeline from design to swimming was roughly ~4months

My wife and I decided to install a pool after we retired so we could have "Our Oasis" to relax and enjoy time with our kids and grandkids. After extensive research, the decision to have U.S. Pool build our pool was very easy. Colt (the owner) was our Project Manager, and he and his team are absolutely amazing! The unique design, quality of materials used, craftsmanship and the professionalism of the crews were unsurpassed and exceeded our expectations in every way!! During construction, Colt even showed us, and helped us decide on, options we hadn't thought about but now love. I highly recommend U. S. Pool, and we love everything about our new pool!! We have "Our Oasis" now......

Colt Cashner quoted price, which was close to our range, and after negotiating, we arrived at a final price.
Colt is easy to negotiate with.
Subsequently, we decided to add some items, for which the pricing provided was very reasonable (Unlike others that take full advantage once you are locked-in).
Final product delivered was per expectations. Completed December 2020,.
The game changer is that Colt continues to provide support, when required,
Recently we had an equipment issue, and Colt helped us get the warranty support from equipment company. The replacement did not cost us anything.

US pool builder is amazing. Colt is very nice and detail oriented person. Personally, he is very amazing and he knows what customer wants and how things need to be done. His response is prompt and detail .I am glad that I met a very amazing person in my life time and i never forget. I like him personally as well. Professionally, I signed contract with US Pool builder then i did not have to worry anything. From start to the end of project. I did not have anything to say. This is called professional.
