I would not recommend Aqua Bay Pools in Kingston based on my recent experience.I dropped off a marine propane tank to be filled and returned several hours later only to be informed that it had been stolen while in their possession. At the time, I was led to believe the matter would be addressed and a resolution would be provided.After waiting nearly two weeks without any update, I followed up today and was disappointed to be met with hostility and a dismissive attitude rather than customer service focused on resolving the situation.Mistakes can happen in any business, but how those mistakes are handled is what defines customer service. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously and that no meaningful effort was made to rectify the issue.“Manager”-Sue, I genuinely hope you find the same energy for customer service that you found for attitude. Future customers will thank you.
Don't buy here. My mom bought. She is 20 minutes away and they refuse to service. You call, voicemail wjere you are told to keave a message is full. 75-year-old mom fleeced with little income and sore muscles has no way of using her hot tub.
I had a positive experience with Aqua Bay pools!Pam was very helpful and Knowledgeable - she guided me through the process of clearing up my pool with Patience and expertise. I was feeling overwhelmed, but she made everything so much easier and took the time to explain what needed to be done. Ava was also helpful - friendly and efficient.Thanks to the Pam and her team who helped clear up my pool.
Staff always great, really went out of their way to find me the perfect colour of umbrella. If you need parts for your pool or hot tub their experienced staff will come to the rescue.
