Couldn't answer any questions, had no parts. Needed 2 clamps 3 feet of hose and a cap for a drain on a filter. Said to come back tomorrow.
We initially contacted Frontenac Pools to discuss a pool and hot tub project, as we had seen firsthand a similar project they completed for another family member. I mentioned that to Logan on our first meeting, and the first question he asked was “Were they completely happy with their project”.We were impressed with Logan and his team from the initial meeting to discuss the project, to the final completion and review. The team was onsite every day weather permitting and completed the project within the time suggested and on budget with no surprises.Watching the team work day after day, it was evident they had worked together on many similar projects before ours and met the many unique challenges our project presented due to constrained space.Everyone involved in the project showed a high degree of knowledge and skill and professionalism. It was clear that each team member took pride in providing a great end result and we could not be happier with the transformation of our back yard.We would not hesitate to recommend Frontenac Pools to anyone considering a pool or hot tub project. Based on our experience, you can expect to be treated fairly, given a realistic timeline and budget, and meet all of your objectives.
We bought our hot tub from Frontenac Pools a few years back and it has been great and trouble fee. Until this spring when some water I left in the system froze and crack a wet end pump cover. I needed some special order o rings and 2 pump covers. I called them and Kelsey answered my call and was very helpful in locating the odd size o rings and ordered me 2 wet end assemblies for my repair. Kelsey is an absolute rock star. Not only did she get me the parts quickly, everything fit perfectly and the parts came in under budget. I am sooooo impressed with the service I got from Frontenac Pools.
I very rarely write reviews, and I only write one in exceptional circumstances. Frontenac Pools is truly exceptional. I can be long-winded, so here’s a quick summary:Extremely competent and knowledgeable, extremely helpful and supportive, and they’ll stick with you and continue to support you after the sale is made. Here’s the longer version, a few more details:When I connected with Frontenac Pools, Steve (sales associate) told me that they treat their customers like family. If I’m being honest, I thought that was a little cheesy. But now I understand what he means, and I think this review will explain it. I was the first-time hot tub owner, and Steve walked me through all of the ins and outs, as well as the benefits and drawbacks of different features and different hot tubs. It was quickly clear to me that he had overwhelming knowledge about hot tubs, but what impressed me more than that was his keen interest in knowing what I needed and what I wanted. I really wasn’t sure what I wanted, and Steve was able to ask me the right questions to help make it clear. I told him that I wanted to look around, and there was never even a hint of pressure to buy from him. All the while, he was answering my questions through either phone or text promptly and at any time of the day. I bought a high quality tub at a more than reasonable price, head and shoulders better than anyone else even came close to offering. What really makes them family, I think, is the support that came after the hot tub was in my backyard. For example, the display wasn’t working properly, so I got in touch with Steve. Five minutes later, he told me that the owner (Logan) happened to be around my neighborhood running a personal errand, and that he would be at my house in 15 minutes. I believe this was on a Saturday, and he went back to his shop grab the part he needed, and everything was all fixed in less than two hours from when I noticed the problem. For the next two weeks, Steve answered all of my clueless and incessant questions that came at all hours of the day, both promptly and thoroughly, and not once did I ever get the feeling that he saw me as the overly needy customer that I was!To Steve and Logan, I can’t thank you guys enough for your help, support, and kindness. My whole family is over the moon with the tub and everyone’s mind is blown with how fantastic you guys have been. Every time someone asks me how I’m enjoying the hot tub, I take the opportunity to tell them how great your business is. You guys are the role model for exceptional service, and it is a gift to have you in our community.
Beware of Frontenac Pools. I bought a house with a broken pool on the condition that the pool would be fixed when the sale closed in August of 2022. The pool lasted the rest of the season, 2 months.Thinking they did a fine job I asked them to close the pool for winter. I had to remind them when closing the pool they needed to drill new holes in the newly laid concrete for the tarp and they did not have the tools with them for the job. They returned several hours later to finish the job. When opening the pool I paid another company. The concrete Frontenac Pools laid hasn't lasted a year without cracks. They used plugs to close the pool that are known to fail. Noticing water loss the new company showed me where water was coming up through the ground on the return line. after digging up the line I was told it had classic signs of ice damage that was 99% caused by the faulty plugs Frontenac pools had used to close the pool.If Frontenac pools has closed your pool and used this plug make them come back and change it to a proper plug immediately. This pool didn't work when I bought the house from a nice old lady that used Frontenac Pools, and when using Frontenac Pools from my stand point they were the reason the pool didn't work to begin with and didn't do the job they were paid to do when a new owner took over. When Frontenac Pools called and asked if I wanted them to open the pool I said I would do it myself and I got a sarcastic good luck before the phone hung up. I had amazing luck I didn't use Frontenac Pools for another season.
