Paynes Pools Kingston are absolutely amazing! We just took possession of this property in August, and they took the time to come and clarify for me, the inner workings of the pools filter and cleaning robot, I was already familiar, however it was a new system for me! Great service, impeccable care taken to ensure our pool is closed and ready for winter, they left everything super clean and organized, our solar blanket all rolled up nicely and secured closed, also emptied the basketball base and moved it to a protected area! they took the time to tell me exactly what they would do, and how it was done, they are fantastic! This would be the third year of our pool and we cannot say enough about Payne‘s pools. They went above and beyond with every request and detail that we wanted. The landscaping is beautiful and allows me and my family a magical place to spend our summers. We use Payne’s to open and close the pool and in all the years of growing up with a pool I’ve never seen it come through the winters that clear. Great group of people, Thank you ??
Payne's Pools pool opening crew did an awesome job opening our pool, packing our safety cover away and ensuring all was up and running with the needed pool opening chemicals. They did a great job pressure washing pool deck area . They did all the work so we only had to enjoy the results. Thanks for a job well done.
Brand new pool for the summer and we couldn’t be happier. Shawn and his crew did an amazing job. They coordinated well with other contractors to ensure the best results and timeline. Excellent communication throughout the project.There were a few missing items but Shawn and Ben were quick to respond and correct everything. Even left a few pool toys for my son.
