Pool pump stopped working on a Saturday. Called Beechmount Pool Services and was told that they could have it fixed on the Monday or Tuesday the latest. I paid in full over the phone. Monday and Tuesday came and went. I called them on Wednesday just so that they can let me know that they would not be out because they were short staffed. Called them on Thursday so that they could tell me that they had a huge job so they could not spare a tech to come do the job. Called on Friday and was told that yes I was on the list for the day and that someone would be out just after lunch. Got a voice mail at 11:18 saying that someone would be out probably in the next hour and if that did not work to call them to reschedule. I called my daughter at 3 to ask how the pool pump was working to find out that they had not been to the house. Called them back to be told that they did not go to my home because I did not call them back. I told them "why would I call you if the plan to be out in an hour worked for me?"I was so fustrated and felt so let down that I asked for a refund right away. Worst customer service ever.Got on the phone and called Pool Solutions in Waterloo and had them out the very next day with a pump and no issues.
I’ve been so happy since I started going to this store. I can’t say enough about how helpful everyone is but specifically Emma. Every time I’m there she goes above and beyond. She stayed even past closing hours just to help me out. I will never go anywhere else. I would like to personally thank Emma for her great personality, patience and of course beautiful smile every time I’m in there.
Ryan and his staff are amazing. We had a pool liner and safety cover replaced and the service was excellent. Great deal on a pump motor too and service calls were quick and easy. Thank you

Dylan and Nick did a wonderful and conscientious job opening our pool on Tuesday, May 26, 2026. They were polite and communicated well, and they took great care to keep the dirty water and debris on top of the tarp out of the clean pool water below. Highly recommended!
