Andy is your GUY! The situation -- 10+ year old hot tub, older replacements parts from previous home owner, a burnt out pump, broken jets, electrical items, ect. Andy went above and beyond with his services. He is committed to fixing things, has a TON of knowledge and has a collection of refurbished parts for older tubs. I had a previous company tell me to just get a new hottub... but not Andy! He did a thorough assessment and SAVED ME thousands , he quoted reasonable parts and labour for his services and got the job done in an excellent time frame. Customer service is so important to me and I feel lucky that we called Andy to get us back up and running as good as new! Thank you Andy!
Andy is the best repair person I have ever dealt with. He does great work, knows hottubs, very fair pricing, and is very competant.
Don’t even call this guy trust me he is a thief! Not sure what happened but Andy removed our pump and wiring and was to return in a week but then stopped answering emails texts and calls he took it in March 2025 and still has it. We had another company replace the pump and fix other work he was supposed to do and for a very reasonable price. All this was after I left him the following review but be warned he is not reliable or trustworthy!! Stay away!Fantastic service and excellent communication! His expertise and experience was obvious from the start to finish and we highly recommend Andy for all your hot tub needs. Best service and price in the industry by far! I’m not new to hot tubs, and I have used 3 hot tub services around tri-cities in the past. Out of my knowledge and experience, I wholeheartedly recommend Andy for truly everything for your hot tub maintenance and repair needs. I consider him the absolute BEST local contractor: the first you need to call, and probably the last you will ever need to. Andy is the grandfather in hot tub industry for almost two decades, with top professional knowledge and capabilities locally bar none (he indeed trained some other prominent contractor in Kitchener). For instance, when your water pump fails, Andy can give you the option to disassemble it and replace only some internal parts that will cut costs in half, rather than to replace the entire pump! Andy shines through his honesty and professionalism while working: he is that warm hearted, genuine, neighbor-hood helper who treats your hot tub like his own and aims to develop and maintain a long-term relationship with customers. He picks up calls on time, shows up for appointment as promised, and follows up his work with true warranty. Andy is everything you will ever need for your hot tub: trustworthy, capable, reliable, high quality, and all these at very reasonable cost, without rip-offs. Again, dealing with Andy, I genuinely feel he is my friendly next-door neighbor who happens to be a genius in hot tubs. Only one area that Andy may need some improvement: take the leadership and expand his hot-tub business so that more locals can benefit. Andy did an amazing job picking up and moving a used hot tub to my back patio (not an easy job). Andy carefully planned it out ahead of time and the move went very smoothly thanks to his experience and ingenuity. Andy is very honest and his prices were very reasonable and fair. Andy was happy to share his knowledge about hot tub cleaning and maintenance with me and he did an excellent job fixing a leak on my pump the same day we discovered it. My wife and I were extremely pleased with Andy’s service and professionalism and we will continue to seek his counsel and services for all of our hot tub needs in the future. Thanks!
