Anybody else had the over promise under deliver service from this company. Waiting for an accessory they promised at no charge due to a sauna install delay. It’s been 4-5 months and nothing! Robert talks the talk but does not deliver or follow thru on his promises. Hopefully it gets resolved soon!
The Cal Sauna Solara 2-2 is a very high quality and relaxing sauna! The employees who delivered the sauna were very professional and quick to complete the installation. Thank you Robert Sampson (President) for providing such a wonderful prize to FM 98.5 CKWR!
Robert and his team were extremely helpful in the whole process from decision making, through planning and setup. Being a previous inground pool owner, i was suprised to need soo much after sale support but again, Robert was super helpful and I am enjoying my year round swim spa. I defnitely recomend California Spas & Leisure for all your Swim Spa needs.
We were shopping around for a sauna and were frustrated by all the claims of infrared vs traditional. Robert answered all of our questions and as a result we decided to go with a traditional Finnleo Hallmark 57 which we absolutely love!!! Robert and his team were very professional and great to deal with throughout. Highly recommended!
What a gem of a business! Rob is knowledgeable about his products, but not pushy (hate salespeople like that). This is our first hot tub and we had a lot of questions - Rob answered ALL of them with ease! If you are in the market for a hot tub this is THE place to purchase. From purchase to delivery California Spas came through with all their promises!
