We recently met with Quality Pools to fix some outstanding issues we were having with our pool equipment and also to get our chemicals straightened out. In just one meeting, Martha made a plan to get our pool fixed and chemicals back on track quickly. The service team got the work completed yesterday and did an excellent job honing in on what was needed and taking care of it quickly. I am super impressed with their great service and would highly recommend them for your pool needs.

This is the best pool store in north Knoxville. The owners are kind and very knowledgeable about pools. We were new pool owners and they asked us questions instead of us guessing what we needed to know. They have in store lab results in 5 minutes, chemicals and parts for all your needs as well as the latest pool robots to keep your pool clean. 10/10 will be recommending to anyone with pool needs. So glad I found this store and team.
