High Tide, while it was a bit of a struggle to get set up with, has been a consistently solid service. Their primary guy and scheduler has been helpful in the extreme and truly taken great care to maintain my pool equipment and clean filters.I do wish they would be responsive to text or email but they get right to any issues when we catch up with them on site.
We have been very pleased with High Tide Pool Service since we started using them 3 months ago. They are very reliable and are doing a great job servicing the pool each week. They send us before and after pictures after each visit, and a detailed report showing what chemicals were added, and they point out things (pool equipment) needing attention, which we appreciate. The owner is very nice and knowledgeable and sends us itemized statements that we easily pay online. 3 months in and we’re very satisfied! Thank you, High Tide!
High Tide has been taking care of my pool for a couple of years. I have weekly service with them. Has been great to not have to deal with cleaning and balancing chemicals.I have noticed that last year that there has been a lot of turnover and things getting missed. I came across the bottom of in floor cleaner liner on the ground. I investigated the infloor cleaner and found the bag was ripped and the bottom missing. The ripped bag is not effective in capturing debris. I sent photos on Monday, no reply. I get an email stating the owner cleaned my pool and would not put the ripped bag in and would have completed a service order?? Confused how this happened since they are the only ones taking care of my pool. They also informed me they felt better to part ways and that they no longer will be servicing my area. I found this very unprofessional and extremely odd. For this reason I do NOT Recommend.
