Cannot emphasize enough the poor communication and unprofessionalism this company demonstrates. Impossible to get ahold of, inconsistent pricing, they show up when they feel like it, and left my yard and pool area a mess. Gave them grace the first time but it seems that's their business model.
They installed a new pool heater and pump. The service was timely and professionally completed. Mike in particular was very knowledgeable and efficient. Would highly recommend.
I hired this company to open my pool for the season, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. They failed to show up for the scheduled service and never contacted me to explain the delay or reschedule. I had to spend time trying to track down information with little communication from their team. Reliability and communication are important when scheduling seasonal pool services, and both were lacking in this case. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I hope they improve their customer service and follow-through in the future.

I genuinely appreciate her services and highly recommend her business for its exceptional location and quality work.
PLEASE READ......I would give a zero. This company is not recommended. We had them replace our pool liner 2+ yrs ago...it has been a disaster. Communication was sketchy rude & belligerent. The workers used our pool tools & did not bring their own(until I stopped them). We were given a quote which changed to the uninformed sum of an extra $1000. for the contractor. Then a confusion about the payment sent the head contractor to our door with an accusatory tirade of cussing & name calling of us that left us in shock. Also the white piping safeguard around the top of liner has been falling down more every year. The owner Theresa apologized & said it would be taken care of including the new wrecked specialty pool brush & some others items. Nothing has ever been resolved. We invested over $4000.00 in this repair. $4000.00. BUYER BEWARE!!
