We live in Holt, Mi had Moorehouse come out and he stated this was bullshit cause we had water on tarp and debris. He started off with a bad attitude and his back hurts, he’s old and he’s going to Florida in fall and he done with this pool crap. He preceeded with his just pulling off tarp dropped all debris and water with algae in pool. He stated there were holes in tarp (How it held water with holes ?) We in turn have been cleaning and putting extra chemicals we wouldn’t have had to if done right. For new pool owners this put a bad taste in our mouths for sure. Moving forward don’t recommend Moorehouse Pools to anyone ever. Bad business owner very unprofessional!!!
Tommy and Scott are so kind and so patient and so genuine! Fixed the issue in less than 20 minutes, and I paid them on the spot. Nice to know that there are still genuine gentleman out there who can get the job done, thank you so much!!!! Fixed my electrical issue and no brand new pump needed yayyyy?? 5 Stars! Great job
Scott was quick to respond and easy to work with. He had his guys, Tommy & Gary, out within the week to replace our pool heater. Great company and people! 100% recommend.
We started up our pool for the season and found a big leak in the heater. Called Morehouse Pools and Scott had me send a few pictures - he diagnosed it, had his guys pick up a part for us and Tommy was there to install within 48 hours of my call! Great guys and great service! Thank you for such a quick response. I would highly recommend.
