TNT Pools

Tim was very patient when we were deciding on our first permanent pool installation. He was knowledgeable about what we needed without selling us items we didn't need. Eleven months after our purchase and he was willing to answer all our questions. We recommend you visit Tim for your next pool! Thanks Tim!

I have been a loyal customer of TNT Pools for several years, largely because of the exceptional customer service they provide. What sets them apart is the one-on-one attention they give each customer, taking the time to ensure every question is answered before moving on to the next person. Most recently, I stopped in because I was struggling to remove the top of my pool filter. Rather than simply explaining it, they took the time to walk me through the process, took it apart, showed me how everything worked, and then put it back together correctly. That level of patience, knowledge, and customer care is hard to find these days and is exactly why I continue to do business with TNT Pools. Highly recommended.

It is hard to find honest service these days, but Tim is the real deal. From the moment he looked at our setup, it was clear he truly knows his stuff. He doesn't just give you a generic pitch; he explains exactly what’s going on with the water chemistry and the equipment in a way that makes sense. What I appreciated most was his honesty. He could have easily sold us on expensive repairs or parts we didn't need, but instead, he gave us a straight answer and a fair price. He’s knowledgeable, straightforward, and clearly takes pride in his work
