I was completely dissatisfied with prior company (being a new pool owner) but now I knew the right questions to ask and what expectations were realistic. 911 Pool Service has completely exceeded my expectations and I am so happy! Great job installing my pool cover in 2025. Thought I had found my pool company. Hired them to open my pool for 2026 and was disappointed. Unauthorized repairs were done and now my pool heater won’t work. Billings far exceeded approved amounts. They actually charged me for a visit to come pick up the tools they had left behind. Unbelievable
Terrible service and communication. Had them for over a year. Was fine at first, but trailed off quickly. Pool was 4 feet low and they never notified me and didn’t care for the pool for weeks and I had to have someone come by and check on it to tell me. So many other things went wrong, but in sum do NOT use this company.
We 100% recommend 911 Pool Services for pool needs, large and small. We have used them for weekly maintenance for over five years. Over those years, they have resurfaced our pool, installed a heat pump, replaced the pump motor, changed sand in the filter--all at fair prices. Their guys are pleasant and competent. Marcelo and his office staff are always very responsive to requests. Plus, our pool always looks great!
