We couldn't be happier with our pool and the entire experience from start to finish! Our dig started on May 28, and we were swimming by July 10 (less than 6 weeks later!). That timeline even included the July 4th holiday, plus weeks of rain and some seriously hot Georgia weather. We were blown away by how efficiently everything was managed, and to top it all off, the project came in under budget, which was the icing on the cake!From day one, everyone we worked with was fantastic. Every subcontractor was professional, friendly, and took pride in their work. They always went the extra mile to make sure everything was done right, and they left the job site clean at the end of each day. It's rare to find that level of care these days.The project managers were outstanding. They were always responsive, kept us informed throughout the entire build, and made sure we knew what to expect next. We never felt like we were left wondering what was happening.Designing our pool with Melanie was so easy. She really listened to what we wanted, helped us maximize our budget, and brought our vision to life without ever making us feel pressured to spend more. She nailed it!Ronda and Wendy were amazing as well. They were always kind, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. Every interaction with the team made us feel like we were valued customers.Building a pool can be stressful, but this company made the process smooth and enjoyable from beginning to end. I recently had a pool built with BYOP. The experience was tremendous from beginning to end. Wendy, the owner, was a delight to work with. When she came to give the estimate, she was well prepared, with plans and references. She provided ideas (that we did not think about) to make our pool area more enjoyable. Melanie, our coordinator, was excellent. Melanie provided 3D renderings of the pool and gazebo with surrounding plants and other enhancements. When we visited the showroom to choose the materials, Melanie took time (even staying after hours) to answer our questions and show us various design alternatives and material selection to lower the overall cost. Of all the companies we interviewed for this job, BYOP (Wendy and Melanie) was the only one that brought the project to life with schematics/pictures super-imposed on our lot from day one. Additionally, Wendy ensured that the actual cost charged by the contractors fell below the initial quoted price and had the pool completed in less than a month.I definitely recommend BYOP for your pool project.

It has been over a year now, and my husband and I still talk about the excellent service we received from Wendy & her staff. She absolutely knows EVERYTHING about constructing a pool. Her and her staff walked us through every step. She made us feel confident in going w/her company. From start to finish, they did an absolutely amazing job. They gave us a quote, and stayed on budget. There were no surprises. The contractors were ALWAYS prompt and professional.We took our time and talked to many companies, read a ton of reviews, and even took the time to call many previous customers.
