Update: After posting the review I was contacted shortly by Premier. They were out within 2 weeks to fix the concrete. They stated that they were unaware it hadn’t been fixed yet. They also stated that concrete was not under warranty. To which my argument is, it was not done right in the first place. I paid for a properly done pool and concrete and that’s not what I received, warranty or not. Thank you for fixing my concrete. Changed from 1 star to 3 stars.I am disappointed in my investment with premier pools. Premier started off strong, good communication and personal service. Throughout process updates became farther apart and communication lacked. I was not happy that they just dumped the broken concrete in the lot (not owned by me) behind my house. When they initially poured the concrete for pool decking it was sloped so that it would gather water at the base of the house with no ability to run off. They were initially fairly responsive and had the concrete guy come immediately fix it. He broke up 2 slabs and repoured correcting the slope. Over the course of the next 10 months the new slabs are cracking and have rust deposits coming up from minerals being in the cheap concrete. Premier said they would be out in a couple of days and have left me unresponded to the last 2 months. This is my experience.
I had a pool installed mid year of 2025. Parker was my contact and was amazing during the entire process. Excellent every step of the process with me. I am so pleased with the final product. I used the finance company recommended with them. It was an easy process to apply!Great job!
We are very pleased with the outcome of our pool! The entire Premiere Pools team was professional, courteous, and easy to work with throughout the process. While communication regarding the timing for contacting a plumber and electrician could have been clearer, our overall experience with Premiere Pools was very positive. Paul and Tony were especially helpful and a pleasure to work with, and Parker has been consistently responsive to our questions since the pool’s completion. We are very satisfied with both the finished product and the level of customer support we received.
It's a shame this company won't clean up after themselves when building the pool. Pool itself is great but I had to spend a lot of money cleaning up after them. They left boards, rebar, concrete and nails everywhere. They even left a giant puddle of leftover concrete that I don't know what to do with it. They never came back to complete the heater and now I'm having to fix it myself. Hopefully Jandy will warranty the parts if its bad.
Pool just finished! We started in mid March! All our friends told us that building a pool was a pain, but Parker and Kevin made the experience easy. Our backyard was nothing special, but they turned it into a beautiful place that our family and friends will be able to enjoy! Can’t say enough good things about this company, but the photos speak for themselves.
