Tim, Curt, and Shane are AWESOME! Nobody really has the exact idea (in detail) in their head of a pool, but Tim & team helped to guide us to the perfect backyard paradise. My wife and I had a great experience with Tim Andrews, Kurt, Shane and the entire Capitol Pools team. Before installation, Tim discussed options, answered all questions and provided us with timelines and updates. The pool was installed in the summer of 2021, Kurt and Shane paid close attention to all details, with no glitches or delays. As first time pool owners, we had (and have) plenty of questions, but Tim has provided excellent follow-up, quickly responding to our questions, and providing great service.Very, very pleased.
These guys are amazing, and have consistently gone above and beyond expectations. We’ve been extremely happy with the pool and the service they provide, even when it’s a dumb “new pool owner” question. Would highly recommend. The negative review is literally a “Karen”who must’ve called the wrong number or something.
I have tried to just get a return phone call to inquire about a pool, for about 6 weeks. Tried phone and email and even talked to a regional rep, still have not gotten any response whatsoever.Good luck if you want to use them. I didn't have any. Totally disappointed.
My wife and I have had a great experience with Capitol Pools. They took us through the design, build and low maintenance training experience. We couldn't be happier. Owner Tim Andrews is hands-on and strives for perfection. We can certainly count on his complete professionalism.
