Came to the supply store around 3:30. Store hours say open until 5 but store was locked with no one around. Open light was on. Waited 20mins but no one showed up. Really frustrating to drive a ways to get supplies in business hours only to find it closed. Visit this store if you feel like gambling on it being open and wasting your time.
This company is really great. They are knowledgeable and truly experts. They answer questions and offer help. They are timely, and I appreciate their commitment to great customer service.
My family has been going to Farwell for years. This year we had a crack in our sand filter and got two quotes. One from Bachman one from Farwell. Farwell was a $1,000 dollars cheaper, responded quick (as we were out of town when it needed to be replaced) and got it done the day after we agreed to the quote. Thank you so much!
Terrible customer service. The pool that came with our house had been almost exclusively serviced by Farwell for at least 20+ years. We tried to call them and would never get a response. No response to emails. I’ve been waiting on a pool liner quote that I was supposed to get in “10 minutes,” for nearly 2 months now.They have made it abundantly clear that they do not want new business or projects. I highly recommend anyone steer clear of Farwell and I’ll never recommend them. We ended up going with New Wave Pools who are friendly, timely, reliable, and easily contacted.Like others, it turns out the work they did over the years was sub-par when inspected and mostly out of code.If frustration and no service are your thing then by all means, go with Farwell. And go with “Matt” since he’s the one who never does what he says or follows up as promised.
This company is unreliable and will not return customer calls. We hired Farwell to convert our pool to a salt water pool and open it for the summer. They came late in the day on the day they were scheduled to do the work. They installed the equipment but said the pool wasn't filling up fast enough so couldn't finish the job. Left. Didn't say when they were coming back, and would not return multiple calls to them about when they were planning to return to get the pool open.The receptionist was of no assistance, and seemed completely disinterested in helping us. After several days of no contact, we called another pool company, and found someone to come out that same day to finish opening the pool. Needless to say, that pool company has my business. I have since read the reviews about Farwell not finishing work and refusing to respond or reply to customers. I wish I had read them before this bad experience. AND about a week later, the equipment that Farwell installed started leaking. We called Farwell immediately and left a message. Not surprisingly, no one from Farwell has called us back.
