I recently had my pool liner replaced by Chris and Brody of Blue Dolphin Pools. Over the years I have had liners replaced but this is my first time using this company. The liner was installed when promised, completed on time, and their work was exceptional. I couldn't be more pleased. Chris was so helpful in answering all my questions and letting me "pick his brain" about chemicals, my pool pump and filter, etc. Both of them were professional, courteous, and hard working and definitely an asset to Blue Dolphin! I also commend Stephanie in Service who was always so helpful when I called, and always called me back when I had to leave a message.... and Bob who got the ball rolling with the installation. I find my whole experience with this company "refreshing" from start to finish.
Stephanie is the best!! Phone call today asking for help setting up my filter on a pool purchased years ago!! She researched it, had me send pictures of my attempted set up, and we were able to trouble shoot. Going the extra mile while I was so frustrated!! She’s a keeper! Thanks BD!
5 stars plus. Amazing service from start to finish. We want to send a special thanks to Scott and his team. They all worked so hard through some tough weather . Blue Dolphin is a company we highly recommend . Honest , professional and full of knowledge than give them a call.
UPDATE:The new owner Brandon has been very helpful with our pool issue. When we finally got in touch with him he was very helpful. Glad there is a new owner that cares about his customers. We wish we would have spoken to him sooner but we finally figured everything out hes been more than helpful with helping us with a new pool.Thank you!Horrible company. Bought a pool from them in 2022. They recommended aqua duck to install. The installer had to come back the next day because of an issue. This was June 22.We used the pool that summer and the following summer of 2023. In March of 2024 the pool fell apart on a nice sunny day. We took pictures. Went to Dolphin they did nothing. We contacted the maker of the pool and heard nothing. We contacted the installer of the pool zero response. Over $10,000 was spent on a pool that's broken and not even 2 years old. No one will take responsibility. Our house insurance said it's the error of the installer. Dolphin recommended Aqua Duck they should be doing anything they can to help resolve this situation and they aren't. I would never recommend getting anything from them. So disgusted with the business ethics of dolphin, aqua duck, and the manufacturer of the pool.
After much research and evaluating local New Hampshire pool contractors, my wife and I decided to go with Blue Dolphin for our new inground fiberglass pool. The Blue Dolphin team was consistently prompt and on time with all phases of our project. They spent a lot of time with us before and during the project to make sure we had our dream pool. Jean, Stephanie, Scott, Todd and many others really came through for us. The project was completed on budget and on time, albeit the start of the summer. Our family recommends Blue Dolphin 100% for your outdoor pool projects!
