Tony and his staff have been amazing about teaching me the best ways to get my pool balanced in the spring and keep it running perfectly through the summer. They always provide me with great advice and excellent service. Good selection of products at appropriate prices. I very much appreciate their water testing services and the staff is always super friendly. Great crew and a great business all around! Highly recommend!

I needed a heating element for my spa on a Saturday. Made 21 calls with no luck at all. It’s November so things freeze and a small problem can become a bigger one if not fixed. Then I reached Nicole at Empire pools in Manchester NH. She knew exactly what I needed and had the part in stock! Only $65! Fixed the issue same day! Don’t waste time just call Nicole and get the service you deserve!

These people are the best. Just had them replace our old pool filter. Price was fair, install was top notch and professional. Final invoice had all the parts itemized and costs associated. This is way better than the other guys charging crazy flat rates for service with exurbanite "dispatch" or "service call" fees. The level of customer service, fair and honest prices shines with this company. Highly recommend!!!

Jeff and Tony run tight ship over there. They know everything there is to know about pools and spas. They are well stocked, provide world class customer service, and they are fun people to shoot the breeze with (when the shop doesn't have a line of customers). Have been doing business with Empire Pools for many years. They replaced our 20 year old pool with a new one this year. We also purchased a new hot tub from them. For both projects the installations were on time and professionally done. Jeff, Tony and the crew really know their business. They were great answering all of our questions before we purchased, and continue to be helpful after the sale. We had a small issue with the hot tub keeping the right temperature, and Empire had a crew out there in just a couple of days and had it repaired and operating perfectly. A pool or a hot tub is a big investment and I'm glad we went with a business we can trust.
