We used R&L this year at the recommendation of a friend. Tiffany was very friendly and easy to talk to. They came out and opened our pool and, made time to get someone back out to replace a part after we found we had a leak in our filter. After trying 3 different companies, I believe we found the right one. Would definitely recommend them. ??

AAA+++ service! They are an excellent pool service company! I’ve been using them for years and have found them to be patient, educational, reliable, affordable, honest and always helpful. I’ve never had a negative encounter with them. I won’t use anyone else.
Where do I begin I’ve use this company a few times I actually wanted them to be my main pool company that comes in and cleans my pool every few weeks but due to staffing issues that wasn’t going to happen. Tiffany has always given me an attitude for some reason or another this past time I needed them to come out and program my remote because her husband had done it in the past which may I add he is absolutely great and very knowledgeable on many many things. So back to what I was saying I called left a message didn’t receive an answer back so called she picked up the phone said that they were not trying to service my town anymore which is strange seeing as I’m very close to their town long story short she said she would reach out to her husband to find out when and if he could come and service my remote I never heard back from her which is very unprofessional if you can’t come out and do the job I asked you to do please say so over the phone . Tiffany has never had an issue in the past telling me no so I’m not sure what the issue was this time.From the very first time that I spoke to Tiffany on the phone I sensed a very unwelcoming approach from her. So I guess I will no longer be calling them for any of my pool needs because there’s always a reason why they can’t come out, which is fine which very well may be the case but I just don’t understand how they’re not servicing my town when my town is literally almost bordering their town I felt like that was just an excuse not to come out to my pool seeing as I never received a phone call back after she said she would call me back when she’s spoke to her husband.
