Had a great experience from the sales to install teams. Tim Hosfeld, the project manager, was instrumental in pulling off this entire project. He was very responsive and answered my numerous questions. I am confident that once the project closes, he will pick up the phone and help me out. We cannot say enough great things about our experience with Anthony & Sylvan Pools — especially Timothy (Tim) H., the technician who recently helped us out.After the hard freeze, our pool pump unexpectedly shut off and froze. Tim came out and literally stood outside with a hair dryer working carefully to get our system thawed and back up and running. That alone would have been impressive — but he didn’t stop there.Once everything was running again, we noticed a small leak coming from the pump connection. Tim returned later that afternoon, took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue, and stayed until the job was completely finished. He even went the extra mile to address a couple of other minor issues while he was here.The best part? Our pool is going on three years old and all of this service was provided at no cost to us.If you’re considering installing a pool, we highly recommend contacting Anthony & Sylvan Pools and getting on their schedule. They are a solid company that truly stands behind their product.We are so glad our pool is an Anthony & Sylvan Pool!
