Awesome Aquarama!What a pleasure it was to work with Aquarama. We had an issue with our pool heater and tried to get it repaired. Then it completely died. So we tried to pursue our warranty. Ashleigh at Aquarama did all the heavy lifting to work with the heater company and she was able to get us A FREE NEW UNIT! AWESOME! Then we were able to meet Zach! He did the installation.. Zach was polite, communicated well, completed the installation in record time, and gave me some very useful information on maintenance. I also enjoyed meeting his assistant who was friendly, very positive about his apprenticeship with Zach and very eager to learn. The heater is working AWESOME! over the last 20 years we have consistently used Aquarama for our pool & spa. they are responsive, knowledgeable and their service staff are really great when they are at our home. We've dipped our toes in the water (pun intended) with other pool companies - but have immediately turned back to Aquarama for their customer service & professionalism. Our most recent work was a full liner replacement (our 3rd in 25 years) & dual drain installation due to a liner tear/leak. From uh-oh we have a leak - to pool is ready to swim - it was a great experience working with the team again.
I’ve had some major pool issues over the years and used AquaRama to help resolve them. Had an issue with a leak, and their leak detection team came out and did a fantastic job! I’ve had equipment that needed replacing and the aqua tech did a tremendous job of replacing all of my equipment, having it fully functioning and operating. Over the five years that we’ve worked with AquaRama, it hasn’t always been perfect, but I appreciate the transparency and willingness from Leslie and her brother, the owners of AquaRama, to make sure that our issues are resolved. We plan to continue using AquaRama for years to come.
Ashley, Harry, Barry, Kevin, Zachery, Sam, Ivan and the entire team were professional, timely, and extremely skilled in their respective crafts. The commitment AquaRama demonstrated they are trustworthy; accurate in their projection on our renovation project and at the price we were quoted. A new filter, light, liner made our pool look like the day it was installed. They worked through the hottest weather and within days of the liner’s arrival, we were swimming again; well in advance of the Fourth of July Holiday!. Thanks again for creating an oasis in our back yard. We recommend everyone call them to see how they can do the same for you.
