GOOD: They consistently show up when they are supposed to on the regular scheduled cleans and do a good job chemically balancing and cleaning the pool. That seems a simple thing but is sadly hard to get some companies to do. So they get 3 stars for that alone.BAD: They charge extremely high prices for anything outside the normal cleaning. Little things like repairing the Polaris pool cleaner line, or replacing a stripped connector will cost $300 - $700. I also recently discovered that, unlike every other companies I’ve used that ALL included the semi annual filter cleaning within their monthly price, this company charges an extra $400 for it - twice a year! So while I initially thought they were competitively priced, this extra charge for normal scheduled maintenance items puts them well above most of the other quotes I’d received. I feel like this is a very deceptive practice. I’ll likely be switching away from them for this.
Abraham and his team did a fabulous job rebuilding my pool, adding a light and 16 foot steps. I highly recommend Nueva Vista Pools. They are very patient and will make sure the job is done right!
We’ve been using Nueva Vista for our weekly pool service, and they are fantastic! Our technician is always prompt, courteous, and pays close attention to detail. We’ve had a leek for over a year but couldn’t identify the source. Thanks to our technicians, they found it and repaired it. Our pool has never looked better Highly recommend!
Nueva Vista takes great care of our pool. When we bought our house we discovered our pool was leaking. They resurfaced our gunite pool and hot tub with a beautiful pebble finish, repaired all the leaks, retiled the whole thing, repaired the pump and replaced the corroded gas line to the heater. Now they come every week to clean the pool and adjust the chemicals. They are punctual, neat, and polite. Best of all, our pool always looks great! We highly recommend them.
We’ve been with Nueva Vista Pools since 2020, and I can’t say enough good things about them! They’ve taken such great care of our pool year after year — it always looks crystal clear and beautiful. The team is super friendly, dependable, and really knows their stuff. They’re also great about communication and never leave us guessing about what’s going on when we have repairs. It’s such a relief to have a pool company we can count on. Highly recommend them to anyone in Atlanta looking for honest, quality service!
