When I tell you they have a customer for life. Listen they got me back up and running on a Friday NIGHT this company cares about me and my family. I had a event at 9pm the owner yes the owner came to there store opened it up for me to see if they had a part I needed they didn’t have it at the store he went a HUGE step further to call one of his employees to see if he had the part that employee had the part. The owner yes the owner went to that employee’s home got the brought it to my home. All of this was at 7:30pm on a Friday. That is SERVICE. Thank you TLC pools for saving the day.
Has a great experience. Todd came out and vacuumed the bottom of me pool. Was willing to educate me on how to do so myself.
A TLC Pools truck cut me off in traffic and drove recklessly. His license plate was AGG1ES. Not a good look for a company vehicle. Hoping they address this with their drivers. I called TLC for advice on my hot tub and its electrical issues. Candice answered the phone and was so easy to speak to. They didn’t have an electrician on staff but went the extra mile to make a group text with me and a certified electrician.Candice made the entire interaction so pleasant. She went above and beyond in the customer service and I can say enough about her ability to assist. Way to go TLC Pool and Spa you have the best person answering your phones!!!
TLC helped me to get a new sanitation program set for my hot tub. After struggling with keeping the water clean and clear they were able to recommend a program. I bring my water in twice a week for free testing to make sure it’s always safe for my kids.
