He supposed to help fix our pool. He charged for parts not used and he needed to be reminded to come for pool service. He is now a no show and did not complete the job he was hired for.
I had very weak flow in my pool, and the water pressure was very low in the pump. JC claimed to have a ton of experience fixing these type of issues. He diagnosed the problem, did some work, assured me it was fixed, and then charged me. However, after a couple of days it turned out that the diagnosis was wrong and the problem wasn’t fixed. He did this about 3x and I ended up paying him $1,200 for incompetence. I explained to JC that I wasn’t paying him to make guesses, I was paying him to FIX the problem. Before he decided to abandon me and stop showing up or taking my calls, he replaced my filters without adding DE powder (clearly sloppy amateur work). My pool turned a deep murky green several times while JC was trying to figure out the problem. I made a huge mistake believing just because JC claims to have tons of experience that this meant he was competent and professional. Now I’m back where I started except $1,200 poorer.
The only reason he got a star is because I can’t give zero. This man and his “company” are very unprofessional. Several missed appointments without courtesy phone call. Many missed promises of when he was going to come out. Ultimately he stopped answering phone calls and texts after our insurance claim had already paid him. Please don’t waste ur time or money on someone like this. All he ever brought was trouble and then was rude about it. We have been waiting over 2 months to have our pool fixed and in the meantime he doesn’t answer calls/texts and or comes to ur property as promised. This guy doesn’t care about his relationship with customers. Now our pool has fungus all over and it’s bc this guy is too lazy to come out and do his job. Don’t waste ur time or money on people who treat their customers like this. Basically he got paid by our insurance and never came back. Horrible service by a theif. I’m going to report him to the better business bureau.
I do not recommend this company. They had me waiting for more than 1 month to fix a simple part for my pool and he still hasn’t fixed it! ??He is not professional. He doesn’t answer calls nor text on a timely manner. Is very bad with his time management. He always said “ I’ll go by tomorrow” but he never shows up. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY. ????
I have worked on my pool but recently I’m too busy. The company skipped confirmed dates and always tried to make the problem more expensive. For example, I needed a capacitor for my motor. The company confirmed this but didn’t show up to replace it for a week. When I called they said they checked and I needed a new motor. I’m quarantined doing online work so I know they never showed! I replaced it myself.
