Know them for last 4-5 years nice friendly and professional staff- clean and organized shop and good service . We had used their service for opening closing and putting a new pump fixing the water heater for the pool and new stretch cover ….every time I was pleased with their work.
We were finally near the end of a 4 year backyard renovation project just wanting to get the project completed… but with no more surprises or last-minute repairs. We installed new pavers all around the pool and decided to replace our existing 5x5 security cover with a new 3x3 cover. Nathan and his team took their time strategically positioning and drilling the holes around the pool then installing the 47 new anchors to minimize potential damage as much as possible. The new holes were drilled and the new anchors were installed without splitting a single paver… It was exactly what we needed at that point to keep the project moving along. Big thanks to Nathan and to your team for a job well done and for particularly helping us out when we needed it most. The new pool cover looks amazing and we are finally looking forward to enjoying our pool next year!Highly recommended.Best,Leonard & Barbara
I have always been pleased with the service provided by Aquanaut Pool Services.The office staff are friendly and helpful with questions and booking assistance.Opening the pool is up and running quickly and closings are professionally done.Nathan and Sean are knowledgeable friendly and willing to share their tips with the pool owner, which is appreciated.Great local company-you won’t be disappointed if you call them for your pool ownership needs.
5/5 Have used them for everything! In the first year while I taught myself openings and closings, they were great to watch do it and query. Next year I needed a new pump and the installer was so patient with my questions and genuinely personable. (That same year they were booked for closing so I used another place who went ahead and added unasked for items like a water bag and silly skimmer gizmo) The big difference I have found in different companies is the sales pressure. Despite (and refreshingly) Aquanaut being a family business, they don't push push push when you get your water tested. It's for that reason I say gimme one of those and one of those! Just last week we had a really stubborn green tinge and so I was told do this, this and this. So friendly. Next day for friends visit, crystal clear to the point where folks commented. and finally how I found them ?' -- 6 years ago the people we bought the house from recommended them.
