I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt like JAF Pools really deserved one. From the start, they were great to deal with friendly, responsive, and honest. I had a vision for what I wanted, and they didn’t just listen they improved on it. The crew clearly knew what they were doing and took pride in their work.What stood out to me most was how smooth the whole process was. No surprises when the repair invoice came. They showed up when they said they would, kept me in the loop the whole time, and delivered exactly what they promised.
Most expensive pool closing we have ever had. They came highly recommended. They arrived on wrong day and insisted on doing the work on their schedule. They did not remove filter cartridges. They left the salt cell connected (it should be removed for winter). The worst closing we have had in 12 years of being pool owners.
