Very bad service I have call for pool cleaning and agent I spoke with took my info for agent to call me back which is 2 hours ago I haven't received any call yet and now trying to call couple of time keep hanging the phone on me someone called me after 3 hours and telling me not expected to get service on weekend but they are open till 7pm and bringing religion matter I to this which is very unprofessional and very rude person who I spoke with don't know how to speak with the client
BAD SCHEDULING. 1st visit, they are too early, they came without me at my home and needed me to rush just to get home. 2nd visit got delayed so bad. Stop giving schedules and options if you are not really sure that you can finish the job in the said day. Especially I need to adjust my schedule just to meet your people.
So we looked heavily for a new company and found Puddle Pool services. They did everything they said they would in their services. The detailed list and cost was extremely helpful. Nims was/is very responsive and helpful with any questions, his crew did an exceptional job. They followed up two days later as stated in the service to vacuum and balance the water, and came on a day I genuinely weren't expecting them to due to the weather. Thoroughly impressed. Thank you
They measured, build and install a beautiful pool cover for my large L shape pool based on my special requests, very fast and reasonable price. Since then they have been very responsive to other requests and even questions. Amazing team! I highly recommend them.
