Its been 4 years since we've had our pool built and its been fun ever since! I always dreamed of having a swimming pool, and these guys helped me bring my vision to life! I knew exactly the shape and size I wanted, along with features, and a special bubbler for the little one. From the initial consult to swim day, everyone involved was pleasant. Our pool was built during the peak of summer with understandible pandemic and heat delays - all of which were well worth it in the end. Our pool took about 5 months to build from the blueprint to our first swim day. Upon completion, the guys gave us a helpful tutorial on how to maintain our pool. Going with the salt system made it easier as well! 4 years in, our main pool light bulb went out. That didnt stop our night swims though! We reached out to Sug for guidance and he had the bulb replaced as a courtesy outside of warrenty at no additional cost! Not to mention, with a friendly smile. My family loves this pool. We've made lots of great memories and hope to make plenty more. Thanks guys!! We're happy to have partnered with you!

My wife and I are very happy we went with Ultimate pools by Fetter for our pool. We talked to a couple of other companies and were impressed by Fetter because they didn’t try to talk us into anything we didn’t want. They were patient with us during our design phase as we started out wanting a spa and water feature and then changing our minds to just getting a pool. At no time did they try to talk us into into getting a particular pebble finish or plaster finish for the interior. Ross was straight forward about what he thought would work best for us and told us the pros and cons for every decision we made. He was great at explaining the process and what to expect each step of the way. Once the pool was complete, they have been great at answering all of our questions about pool chemistry too! We would definitely recommend using them to put in your pool! We went with a French Gray plaster and love the way the water color turned out.
Ross and crew were awesome! We absolutely love our pool! DJ has been amazing, answering all of our questions promptly and taking time to really explain the maintenance process after learning I am going to try to maintain the pool without a pool service. We haven't had a chance to swim in it yet (let me rephrase that, my kids did a polar bear plunge when the pool was finished in December), but we are looking forward to an amazing summer!
We absolutely love our pool done by Ultimate Pools by Fetter! Ross is by far the most knowledgeable pool contractor out there and we had quotes from 6 different contractors. Ross went above and beyond researching laws to allow us to change our backyard, that other contractors wanted myself to do. He is definitely a step a head of the game at all times. I highly recommend this company to any one thinking about building a pool. Ross was with us a 100% of the way and a phone call away at all times if needed. We will have a lifetime of memories in our backyard due to what Ross created for us.
