Matt at August Pool & Spa was awesome! I called regarding information about an above ground pool for which they do not service, but Matt still took his time to speak with me and give me great recommendations. He was honest and so very helpful and was not in anyway trying to take advantage of the situation like he very well could have to make a quick buck. I would definitely recommend Matt and his team for pool services!
We have been thrilled with August pools. After two other companies that couldn’t get our pools right we thought maybe it was just our pool but after talking to Matt and having the techs out we realized the others just weren’t doing the right things. They always told us the algae couldn’t be helped or we weren’t having it maintained enough but after having the same schedule with August honestly even maybe less than the others we realized they were the problem. I feel totally comfortable going to Matt with questions or asking for more information. We used them for open/close/weekly maintenance getting a new vacuum etc and discussing the possibility of changing our pool to salt water. Would highly suggest them.
As novice pool owners , My husband and I have been trying to understand our pool more. Our previous pool company did not give us the attention we needed and the help we needed. August pool and spa came out super fast to help us learn about our pool. Our tech, george , was terrific. He was courteous , professional and really knows what he’s doing. He was so helpful and kind teaching my husband more about our pool equipment. We plan to use them for the remainder of the pool season and highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough about George and Jeff from Augusta, pool. I called and a gentleman name. Matt answered the phone. I explained that I had a guy come to my home that did absolutely nothing to my pool but take the cover off. Try to start. It did not complete the job and walked off the job with payment. Matt said to me don’t worry we have a job in Oxford . I’d be happy to help out, I’ll send George and Jeff to open your pool, get it running I was so happy. I had no idea what a phenomenal job these two would do. I was a little skeptical, but to my wonderful surprise, they did an excellent job and I would recommend Augusta, pool to anyone. I am posting before, and after pictures of the mess, they had to clean up from the guy that came before them and what George and Jeff left behind them when their job was completed.
