This business is awful. DO NOT USE THEM. Save yourself the time, money and headache. They take no accountability for anything they do wrong and charge outrageous fees for next to no work. Seek all other options before using this lousy business.
They came to close the pool back in September. When we had someone else come to open the pool this past week. The pipes had cracked and they left the dirty filter in for the entire winter. The cracked pipes were due to them not winterizing the pool before winter. Called them to explain the situation and the person on the phone was extremely rude and inconsiderate. Told me he didn’t know what “winterizing a pool was.” Needed pictures for proof so I sent them and he never called me back, mind you this was at 10am. I called back when I was done work and they were closed. The following morning I still was not called back and decided to call them myself. They said the pipes were old and that’s why they cracked. Mind you a simple Google search shows you that winterizing a pool is indeed a thing. They don’t stand behind their work and are extremely rude people. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Purchase an above ground pool here 5 years ago went today for a top edge border replacement and the guy said didnt have replacements, he didnt know manufacturer and was not willing to look up our purchase in the system to check the model or manufacturer to get the parts somewhere else. No help at all with a cut sharp response. I didn't apreciate the attitude. The other guy Chung was great when purchased the pool years ago. This old guy was 0 helpful. No good service to all time custumers.
This pool company came to my house to fix my heater for my pool charged me 185 just to tell me I needed a control board. I agreed to them ordering it because they said it would be in stock in a few days. A week went by and I called them and they said part still was not in. I went on Amazon and found the part for $70 I ordered it and had a friend replace part. On my invoice there were specific instructions for this company to call before coming to do work because I have 5 dogs. They were going to charge me $1150 for same part I paid $70 for. So I never agreed for them to come here. The part was already replaced and fixed prior to their arrival. This is company is now stating they went in my yard without my knowledge which I find to be a joke since I was home all day and outside with family and no one was here. If they came and said they fixed it again after it was already fixed then that’s their problem because one they overcharged astronomically for a part that was already replaced. Apparently they didn’t even check to see if it was still not working and 2 charged me for an hour of service when the service was no longer needed. This company is a rip off and I would not recommend using them. My invoice shows the heater was fixed but it wasn’t broken when they came that is if they came when I wasn’t notified. They are crazy to believe I would pay a bill when it wasn’t already fixed. On invoice specifically states call before arrival. They are out of their mind. Not only state they fixed something that no longer was broke. And have the audacity to charge 1150 when part was 70 dollars. I am reporting them to Bbb and customers should avoid using this company at all costs.
I had a pool opening yesterday and their team dumped all the debris that was on the cover into the pool and left us for dead. Their service techs were in/out within one hour and abandoned their crime scene. Stay away from this company. They don’t stand behind their work and when there’s a problem, they attempt to blame it on you….the customer.
