Called and inquired about replacing a faulty water sensor for my pool. The guys said he would have to get back to me to find out about parts and price. Never got a call back. One day there crew shows up without making any appointment and never telling me anything let alone the price of the replacement work. Told them to leave. No communication whatsoever.
I read the reviews and I still gave a call to the company The Rep was rude. I asked if they repaired pumps, she said it would cost me $1,200 I said can you look at it she said we don't look at anything we just replaced them. This kind of service keeps you from being a great company. And is that because I said it might be something simple she said like I said we replaced them and then she hung up on me. Your customer service should be better. I kept dialing for a new pool company
Competent, honest, prompt.I thought that my pool pump was kaput. It was old and started leaking, then it tripped the breaker. I called Cascade because, over the last few years, they came to my house twice over heater issues. They turned out to be non-issues and they didn't charge me! So now, I figured it was time for a new pump. I called Friday at 5pm and Dominic showed up Monday morning (prompt). I was told that it was a bad gasket (honest). He fixed it and installed a new pipe fitting in a half-hour (competent). In addition, while Dominic was working, he patiently answered my pool maintenance questions that I had been saving.Great company!
Great service we’ve used them for a year or two for openings and closings as well as biweekly service. Today we had an issue with our pool that we could not figure out We reached out and one of the owners personally came by to get us up and running. It was 90° today. I can only imagine how many calls they had and they still made time. Highly recommend.
Bad experience with the opening, cost refunded and told to look elsewhere. And now to edit since the owner response is actually a lie, I will.. The “fabulous” opening is a joke because no one came out to actually evaluate that after the complaint was filed, so that’s just phony company speak..and good luck to customers who dare file a complaint about incurred damage during openings and closings, you guys will be told it was “fabulous” and you’re “badgering” us for sending one follow up email after no one responded. I was told it’s our busiest week, so I should have waited until the offseason to report any damage so not to bother them. Also, if only their initial customer response was as fast as the review response (slower week I guess).
