This is our first summer using Nichols Pool Service valet service. I am BLOWN AWAY by their program and SO thankful I was able to get on their schedule this year. After struggling the last few years to keep up with our pool in the heat and rain, I needed some relief. These folks 110% understand the assignment. I get automated messages letting me know ahead of time when they are coming onto the property and then a prompt follow-up outlining all equipment status and services provided during that visit, including when we can/cannot swim. They have been both proactive and responsive -- frankly, they are a breath of fresh air. I cannot recommend them enough.

Great pool service company. We are new pool owners and my experience with Nichols Pool Service has been wonderful. Very professional and courteous. Michelle is great and very helpful. Paul the owner is a very nice guy and has done great work on our pool as we had a leak and also needed new pump piping. They will also be installing a new winter cover for us this season. I would highly recommend this company if you are a new pool owner or looking for a reliable pool service company. I look forward to having Nichols service our pool for years to come.
